01 / AUDIENCE
Audience growth
Identify who is most likely to care, what will resonate and what gets in the way. Turn segmentation, acquisition and retention insight into stronger demand and loyalty.
Audience / Revenue / Brand / Experience
Strategic marketing and growth advisory for cultural, entertainment and experience-driven organizations.
The perspective
There is no single “audience.” Every experience has its own motivations, barriers and value proposition. Jennifer connects that understanding with decisions about positioning, demand, pricing, investment and the customer journey.
What we work on
Focused advice for decisions that shape demand, customer relationships and long-term value.
01 / AUDIENCE
Identify who is most likely to care, what will resonate and what gets in the way. Turn segmentation, acquisition and retention insight into stronger demand and loyalty.
02 / REVENUE
Make sharper choices about pricing, forecasting, inventory, media investment and revenue optimization for fixed-date, finite-inventory experiences.
03 / BRAND
Clarify the promise and improve the journey from discovery to return visit. Build relevance without losing what makes an organization distinct.
Experience in practice
3,200+one-night-only live events marketed career-wide across multiple organizations.
From free programs and fundraising events to premium concerts and citywide festivals, each experience has a fixed date, finite inventory and a distinct audience proposition. That range brings practical judgment to demand, pricing, investment and growth.
The majority of these events were at Carnegie Hall. This is Jennifer’s career experience, not a consulting outcome.
How we work
01 / Diagnose
Understand the audience, economics, offer and constraints before prescribing a solution.
02 / Design
Set priorities across positioning, pricing, channels, investment and customer experience.
03 / Direct
Translate strategic decisions into integrated marketing campaigns, clear measures and practical plans. Evaluate marketing effectiveness and adjust as the evidence changes.
